Most of the Kurdish poets from the beginning of Kurdish literature until the present time to introduce the author of the poem and mark their compositions by considering factors such as their own name, an attributed name, a beautiful and literary word, a name related to religion and Sufism, a word that It refers to the mental, physical and internal characteristics and occupation of the poet, they have adopted a poetic name for themselves and used it in their poems. The influence of Persian literature can be clearly seen in this case. The research on the pen names of the poets of a language and the characteristics and factors involved in it, in addition to showing the state of the society, defines the poet's point of view about the world inside and around him. Features such as the change of pen names with the passage of time, the use of pen names that poets used before, the existence of several pen names for a poet and the use of one of them based on the existing situation are the distinguishing features of this subject in Kurdish literature.The present research talks about how to use pen names and the methods of its selection by the poet and its related materials in Kurdish literature.
