Kakay Fallah and Tawfiq Zayyad are poets in the 20th century, who spent their lives under the rule of the Ba’ath regime and the Zionist regime, and witnessed the commission of crimes against their own people. In such a situation, two poets, turned their poems into a mirror of the sufferings of the people and of the crimes committed against them by the totalitarian rulers. Since, no research has done a comparative analysis of the crimes against humanity in poems of Kakay Fallah and Tawfiq Zayyad, therefore, the writer is determined to do a comparative analysis of the matter. The fundamental issue is that in what formats the crimes against humanity are manifested in the poems of two poets, and what concepts they are linked to. The author has used a descriptive-analytical, and comparative method based on the sociological study of the themes of poems of two poets. The domination of blood, darkness and death, killings of civilians, brutality and barbarism are the most manifestations of crimes against humanity in the lands of the poets, which are represented in their poems. The image of sadness and pain caused by crimes in Kakay Fallah's poems is more painful than Tawfiq Zayyad's, because the concept of crime against humanity in Fallah's elegy comes from the massacre of thousands of people, which is much bigger than the slaughter committed in Kafar Qasem.
