Abstract
Golam-Rezakhan Arkavazi is among the dramatic and well-known poets of Ilam having a Divan in South-Kurdish Language, in which different topics are addressed such as “Bath-Al-Shakva”.Due to the fact that no research has been done on this significant topic in his words, the present article examines "Bath- al- Shakva in the poetry of Gholamrezakhan Alkavazi". "Bath- Al-Shkva" is a rhetorical term meaning to complain about one's time, one's family, and homeland, this position is strongly relevant to the poet’s spirit and context of life. Complaints are one of the important subject matters that are prominent in the works of some poets. Therefore, one of the goals of this study is to better introduce this topic to non-Kurdish speakers and understand the poet's thoughts and ideas. The statistical population includes this poet's poetry collection, which has been analyzed in a library manner using the content analysis technique. The results of the study show that the poet has addressed various types of complaints, including personal, political, philosophical, mystical, etc. One of the basic reasons for the poet's treatment of this issue is the unfortunate situation of his life as a result of the behavior of the ruler of Poshtkouh towards him and the sudden death of his son.
