For several years, there has been a disagreement among Kurdish literature researchers about a poet with the surname "Sayidi". Poems with the same surname as Sayidi but with some obvious differences in terms of technique and language. The first group, who believe in the existence of the first Syidi around five centuries ago, their only argument is the antiquity of the poetic language of the prosody poems And the second group believe that Mullah Muhammad Suleiman Hawrami from the 13th century AH has written his poems in two different dialects in two syllabic and prosody ways And this contradiction and opposition of two theories more or less still continues The present article is based on the knowledge of historical linguistics, stylistics and etymology, and by referring to Kurdish literary texts from the past centuries, to clear the doubts about the same surname of Sayidi for both poets. The researcher has clarified the existence of two poets with the same last name "Sayidi" in two different times by referring to the linguistic and stylistic features of the poets' poetry of the past centuries, as well as through the descriptive-analytical method. Also, based on the available evidence, it has been determined that Sayidi I belongs to before the 11th century to the middle of the 10th century AH.
