The topic of unity of existence (wahdat al-wujud) in Kurdish poetry, particularly in the works of Malaye Jaziri, is examined through the metaphoric perspective of the Andalusian mystic Ibn Arabi. This study explores the connection between divine spirituality and human material existence. From a terminological standpoint, the concept of unity of existence has two meanings:1-Unity, meaning that God exists within all beings. 2-All beings are God.The second meaning aligns with Platonic thought, which is further illuminated in Islamic mysticism. This understanding, widely adopted by mystics, The significance of this research lies in its new approach. Although several studies have previously been conducted on the unity of existence in Jaziri’s work, this study offers a fresh perspective by analyzing the concept through the lens of Ibn Arabi’s metaphors. This is a novel methodology in Kurdish literary research. Jaziri has applied Ibn Arabi’s metaphors, but in some aspects, he has expanded on them with his own interpretations. This research concludes that Jaziri was a follower of the unity of existence, but his approach was an Islamic unity of existence, which views humans and all beings as parts of the divine world, without equating them with God Himself. This differs from Western interpretations of unity, which often equate all matter and the world with God. This perspective is expressed through metaphors such as light, water, the sea, mirrors, and reflections, which illustrate the interconnectedness of all existence and its manifestation of divine presence.Existence.
