The woman/nature nexus and their shared subordination within the system of domination is the central concern that has drawn the attention of ecofeminists. The representation of woman/nature in literary works, in different forms, can establish a thoughtful relationship between literature and ecofeminism. The present study, using a qualitative analysis method and utilizing library and document studies, has attempted to explore the representation of women / nature in selected works by two contemporary Kurdish and Persian male poets ,Shirko Bekes and Reza Baraheni in order to reveal how the selected poets represent women/nature as part of the artistic and progressive class. The findings indicate that the Shirko Bekes describes women with clear images from the heart of nature, and considers women's presence in the cycle of life's reproduction to be essential. In Reza Baraheni's poems, women are seen with multilayered and more sequential images, and corporeality plays a prominent role in the woman / earth connection. The representation of the exploited image of woman and nature by male-dominated systems is traced in the works of female artists, the reflection of this imagery in male-authored texts should not be overlooked, as male artists’ perspectives influence the advancement of ecofeminist goals.
