Mystical Romanticism, as an interdisciplinary approach in literary studies, emphasizes the relationship between the principles of Romanticism and mystical experience, providing a framework for exploring the relationship between language, meaning, and spiritual experience in literary texts. Within this framework, the enchantment of language is regarded as one of the fundamental concepts of Romanticism. In conjunction with mystical codes, it enables the formation of fluid and open-ended meanings. Using a descriptive-analytical method and drawing on Umberto Eco's theory of interpretive semiotics, this study examines the representation and function of these two elements in the poetry of Bakhtiar Ali. The central question of the research is how the word in Bakhtiar Ali's poetry transcends its communicative function and becomes a generative source of meaning. The findings indicate that the poet constructs a network of semiotic roles and invites the model reader to participate in the interpretive process, thereby placing language at the center of mystical experience. The study concludes that the semiotic system of Bakhtiar Ali's poetry represents a significant example of Mystical Romanticism in Kurdish poetry and offers an effective model for the analysis of comparable texts, in which language is understood not merely as a means of representing experience but as the very medium through which mystical experience is foemd.
